Essentially there are two key elements:

  • Product Management
  • People Management

You will be required to lead a team of 10+ Product Managers on one of Australia’s leading online products/platforms. The ratio of time spent on people management and product management will be up to you. Ie: You may decide to spend more time initially uplifting the team’s capabilities before you reignite and continue your passion for delivering industry leading products and taking on a more hands-on position.

You must be passionate! Do you blog, attend meet ups, conferences, seminars? How do you stay abreast of industry trends and best practices?

It is expected that you have a thorough understanding of product management concepts, best practices and team management. It’s also mandatory that you possesses extensive online knowledge and proven delivery capabilities.
