Rob Simpson
DIRECTOR
Rob has focused on connecting intelligent and passionate people in the Australian tech and digital space. In the past 20 years he has worked with technologists and project professionals across Australia to build project and internal capability within organisations. In more recent times his attention has been in the delivery of senior technical capability across the various digital and technology transformations occurring within Melbourne’s SME, NFP’s and Corporate entities.
Outside of the office Rob enjoys good coffee, spending time with his family, and has been known to ride his bike a little (ok, rides his bike a lot…)
Jules Seletto
CO-FOUNDER
Co-founder Jules Seletto is an entrepreneur and mum of two who keeps the engine running at Seed Talent. She has an impressive history of leading and managing large teams with 14 years experience in HR, recruitment and business leadership. Prior to Seed Talent, Jules worked with a global recruitment firm where she built a combined $40 million revenue. She brings her business experience spanning the Australian, New Zealand and Asian markets, helping Seed Talent receive recognition as 2012 BRW Fast Starter. More importantly, Jules is all about creating a work culture where everyone feels inspired, achieves greatness and has fun doing what they love.
